Mental Health activities

 

A range of crafts and activities that will help with your mental wellbeing. Video links will be added as per the timetable and available via our YouTube channel.

well being activities

  • Gratitude Jars - Glass jar, multicoloured tissue paper, white paint, glitter, decorative stickers/sequins, string, glue, paint brush, plain paper and a pencil. Video link here.

  • Calm Jars- Glass jar, hot water, super glue (for the lid to stop leaking), glitter glue (1x medium/large sized bottle), 2x fine glitter, skewer to stir. (It will make the jar work best if one colour is used as it will not mesh into a browny colour. They can pick different shades of the colour to add depth). Video link here.

  • Stress balls - 1x Balloon (thick latex is best, not water balloon), corn flour, water, funnel or top of plastic bottle. Video link here.
