cooking using food bank ingredients

We all know that it is hard to eat healthy, fresh food on a tight budget. We have teamed up with Smart Raspberry Cookery School to provide fortnightly cookery classes using food available from food banks (we are not saying that you need to acquire the ingredients from here).

The recipes will be emailed out prior to the session so that you get all the ingredients. You will also need scales, measuring spoons, chopping board, sharp knife, large bowl, small bowls (could use existing cereal bowls), measuring jug, baking trays and can opener.
